Kun-Young Park, PhD will be presenting "Health Functionalities of Kimchi and Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB)". This lecture will run February 1st (Tuesday) 3:30 - 4:30 PM at Hitachi Conference Room, Plumwood House. This is located in the UCI Medical School, 1003 Health Sciences Road West (across from Irvine Hall).
